Join Chinese Medicine Practitioner and tea anthropologist Revy Schoen on a journey through the six types of tea. Together we'll sip three different loose-leaf teas and explore the following question: If white, green, yellow, oolong, black, & aged teas are all made from the same plant, how are they all so completely different?
